YIELD Ethiopia is driven by a lean, passionate, and highly qualified team. Our Board of Directors—seven distinguished professionals drawn from the South Ethiopia community—provides strategic oversight in leadership, economics, rural development, agriculture, livestock systems, cancer research, medicine, and digital technology. Our day-to-day operations are led by a dedicated volunteer core team of three: a Chief Executive Director, a Program Coordinator, and a MEAL & Knowledge Management Officer. Together, we combine grassroots authenticity with world-class expertise to deliver integral human development.
